During the early growth of inbound marketing, FineLine noticed a growing need that was consistent among our customers. They not only needed effective, fresh content for their website, they also needed assistance and guidance in navigating through the new outlets of social media, blogging, and web 2.0. They needed advice on how to engage their customers online and mentorship on how to establish daily routines that allowed their business to continue being competitive on the web.

In response, we developed our preferred client relationships to benefit clients who need multimedia and/or marketing services.


WHAT is the Preferred Client Relationship?

The preferred client relationship can be established as a multimedia only relationship or a combination of multimedia & marketing services. With our multimedia & marketing relationships, FineLine will help manage your transition to inbound marketing while also producing remarkable content.

HOW does the Preferred Client Relationship work?

The preferred client relationship can work in one of two ways depending on your needs.

1. The Retainer - In this relationship, the client determines most of the needs and sets the strategy and monthly activities (though FineLine will be there to assist in consulting and advising on the strategy and plan). Each month the client is billed a pre-determined amount and FineLine's multimedia and marketing team is on retainer to provide a variety of services as needed.

2. The Full Service - In this relationship, the client relies on FineLine to determine most of the needs and set the strategy and monthly activities. The client sets an initial budget to cover the amount of work to be done over a 6, 9, or 12 month period. The relationship begins with FineLine developing an overview plan of goals based off the time period and budget. Each month FineLine submits to the client a proposed agenda for that month that flows with the overall marketing strategy. Once approved by the client work begins.
