About HDR Photography Earlier this week we featured a blog on creating a HDR style effect for videos in Final Cut Pro.  We then decided that a HDR photography tutorial would be an appropriate followup. High Dynamic Range refers to an image with a greater range of luminance between light and dark areas of the photo.
