Fundamental to our mission is the recognition of two key factors.

1. A marketing strategy is successful when it is designed to be sustainable. This often means making sure the daily practices of the strategy can be carried out by the company it is intended to benefit.
2. Any outbound marketing efforts must first be supported by a well established inbound marketing strategy. An inbound marketing strategy is successful when it is producing remarkable content.

So what do these two key factors mean? Our goal is to design a strategy that enables your organization to sustain successful marketing efforts and produce quality content. In the beginning of our relationship together we will setup and operate the components of your marketing plan. Through our mentorship we will make sure that you are prepared to eventually take ownership of your inbound marketing.

An inbound marketing strategy is successful when it is producing remarkable content. So what is remarkable content and how do we produce it? Let's start with the latter.

1. We produce remarkable content by first defining the characteristics of remarkable content (keep reading).
2. We produce remarkable content by combining our award winning multimedia services and social media expertise.

Content becomes remarkable when people are driven to "re"-mark on the content. This can come in the form of comments, positive approval or rating, and the ideal form which is sharing (which can be done through social media outlets or email).

For this to occur, remarkable content must make one of the following connections:

1. It connects individuals to information that satisfies a need for immediate utility and value. This means the content contains information that can be used immediately.
2. It connects individuals to one another. One of the best examples is the use of humor. People enjoy sharing content that they find humorous and know other people will as well.
3. It connects them to core values and issues they are concerned about. One example would be the difference between a non-profit that produces content about the going-ons of that particular organization verus a non-profit that produces content about the current state of the issues it supports. People who share their support for these issues are more likely to connect with the content of the second organization.
